Zubereitung
Hauptrezept
- Die Chicoree waschen und in Streifen schneiden.
- Drain the mandarines and add them to the salad.
- Add pine nuts and the onion diced.
- Season with salt, white balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
- Some juice from either an orange, a mandarine or the can may be added to taste.

- 2 Stk Chicorée, weiss
- 175 g Madarinenschnitze
- 1 Stk Zwiebel (rot)
- 2 EL Pinienkerne
- 1 EL Olivenöl
- 2 EL Balsamico (weiss)
Zubereitung
